Rick Vollaro, CPA, joined Pinnacle Advisory Group in 2000 and became a partner in 2008. He's an active member of Pinnacle’s management and executive teams, and serves as the firm’s Chief Investment Officer (CIO). As CIO, he is responsible for the direction and management of Pinnacle’s investment analysts, as well as the philosophy, tactics, and trading strategy for over a billion dollars in assets

Rick has been featured in a variety of publications, including The Wall Street Journal, the Wall Street Transcript, IndexUniverse, and Standard & Poor's MarketScope Advisor. A popular speaker, he appeared most recently at IndexUniverse’s “2012 Inside Fixed Income” conference and on S&P Dow Jones Indices "Where Are We Now?" webinar.

After growing up on a farm in Unionville, Pennsylvania — the 10th generation in her family to do so — Deb Kriebel headed off to Penn State, where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and met her future husband. The succeeding years took them from Virginia to Alaska to Florida, where she received an MBA.

Shortly after moving to Maryland, Deb met Pinnacle CEO John Hill at a local church, and he was impressed with her warm personality and facility with numbers. She joined the firm in 1996 and was made a partner in 2002.

A talented financial planner and seminar leader, Deb was named a Five-Star Wealth Manager in 2011, and has been featured in the Ladies' Home Journal, the Detroit Free Press, BBC and Dow Jones.

Kenneth R. Solow, CFP®, CLU, ChFC is a founding partner of Pinnacle Advisory Group, Inc., He is a Registered Investment Advisor providing Private Wealth Management services to more than 720 families around the world. Solow is nationally known for his views on active portfolio management, and his 2009 book, Buy and Hold is Dead (Again): The Case for Active Portfolio Management in Dangerous Markets, is considered the definitive work on Tactical Asset Allocation.

A popular speaker at professional conferences across the U.S. and internationally, Solow appears regularly at events sponsored by the Financial Planning Association, National Association of Financial Planners, the Investment Management Consultants Association, and the AICPA. He has been published in The Journal of Financial Planning, Smart Money, Financial Planning Magazine, The Baltimore Sun, the Globe & Mail, and the Wall Street Journal. He has guest lectured on Quantitative Portfolio Construction at Frank G.
