Karen Kellner is Pinnacle’s Human Resource Manager and is responsible for implementing the human resource strategies that enable the firm to recruit, onboard, and retain high performing and motivated employees. Karen has been with the firm for almost 20 years and has focused her leadership skills in talent management, team building and staffing. Karen’s areas of responsibility also include Pinnacle’s SEC compliance and overseeing internal audit procedures. A graduate of the University of Maryland, she has spent time on both coasts, having worked in the banking and financial fields in California and Maryland.
